Learning difficulties are rarely solved by a label alone. We look at strengths, the task, the learning environment, and the support already tried. We then help people choose a manageable response and check whether it is working.
Our approach brings together special education, literacy, inclusive teaching, and professional learning in ways that make sense for Caribbean schools and families.

Faaida James has worked in special education instruction and system-level support, helping teachers and school teams strengthen learning plans, intervention, assessment pathways, and inclusive practice.
FaJa reflects her belief that professional knowledge is most valuable when it becomes clear, humane action for the learner in front of us.
